I was down in Mobile, Ala. shooting a friends wedding last weekend. Be sure to check back soon for photos from Shane and Annaleigh’s wedding. On Sunday morning before everyone started heading out of town we swung by Callaghan’s Irish Social Club for a late breakfast/early lunch. This was my second trip to Mobile so I knew that this little hole in the wall serves up a mean bacon cheeseburger and their own tasty version of eggs benedict, called the Charleston St. Special. The Charleston Street Special is two English muffins topped with creamed spinach, and poached eggs topped with a shrimp and white wine cream sauce.

If you ever find yourself in Mobile on a Sunday morning swing by Callaghan’s for their awesome brunch, and make sure to get there early if you want the delicious cheesy grits before they sell out.
